Who would you be?

Confidence. It’s not easy to have, let alone all the time. I once heard this story, I don’t know if it’s true or just a tall tale to get a point across but I know it rings true as I age.

There was a building on fire,

the fire was fast moving,

spreading to all the apartments.

An older women stands

there completely naked. The

fire fighters wraps her in a

blanket and ask if shes alright…

“I’m fine I hightailed it out there!“

Just after a young women

is being carried out by a man,

she had passed out from

smoke inhalation while trying

to get dressed.

As we age we tend to let what others think wash away, sometimes is cause we don’t give a F any more, but I bet it’s also cause don’t seek the same validation.
