1. Services Provided

Photographer agrees to provide the Brand Builder Package, which includes:

• Up to 2 hours of on-site photography

• 50 edited, high-resolution images

• 15 behind-the-scenes (BTS) video clips

• Consultation and shoot planning prior to session

BTS videos will be delivered immediately following the shoot via AirDrop (or shared digital transfer).

Edited images will be delivered within 7 days via downloadable online gallery.

2. Investment

Total Investment: $900

No final images will be delivered until balance is paid in full.

3. Usage Rights

Upon full payment, Client receives:

• Unlimited commercial usage rights for website, social media, email marketing, menus, print marketing, and advertising.

• Images may not be resold, transferred, or given to third parties without Photographer’s written permission.

Photographer retains copyright and may use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

4. Rescheduling / Cancellation

• Rescheduling requires minimum 48 hours notice.

• Retainer is non-refundable but may be applied to one rescheduled date within 30 days.

• Cancellation without rescheduling forfeits retainer.

5. Creative Control

Client agrees that Photographer maintains creative direction including lighting, styling, composition, and final image selection.

Specific shot lists are welcome but not guaranteed unless discussed during planning.

6. Image Delivery

• Final edited images will be delivered via online gallery link.

• Gallery remains active for 30 days. Client is responsible for downloading and backing up files.

7. Liability

Photographer is not responsible for missed images due to lack of cooperation, late start times, or restricted access to products/areas.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or emergency preventing delivery, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
